This diploma thesis is focused on the issues of marriage, married life and mutual relationships between married couple. The other part is focused on the factors of stability that can influence the marriage. The target of this diploma thesis is to cover the most important situations in the marriage that could disturb the stability. The theoretical part is also focused on the concepts as the marriage, the law and the divorce. There is also small part about the fundamental methods of the marital therapy and influence that have children on the marriage. The empirical part is focused on the views of married couples for the stability of marriage and also the influences that work on stability the most and the most distinct.
Comparative study of the social position of women in the Czech Republic and in Mongolia

This thesis deals with selected aspects of women's position in different cultures, in this case Czech and Mongolian. For their analytical evaluation, I have chosen the themes, especially concerning public and family life in the context of political and social development in both countries. In this context, the main subject of my thesis is, especially, an effort to know and understand the distinct role of women in the family, the possibility of her entry into active public life and the access to education.

Disertation deals in value of marriadge for young couples of these days. There is briefly described historic evolution of marriadge and changes in understanding its value. The main reason for getting married is actually love. Disertation countinuous reflecting some probable risks of marriadge especially in first years of marriadge life. It also introduces situation, posibilities and perspectives marriadge and family counselling in the Czech republic.
Life context of pupil of divorced parents

The main aim of this dissertation "Life context of a pupil of divorced parents" is to describe how parent's divorces influence children and their future life. In theoretical part I will define basic terms such as family, marriage, divorce and its causes. In the following part I will focus on after divorce childcare and reactions of children on divorce. Practical part is focused on both quantitative and qualitative researches. Quantitative research is conducted by questionnaire survey and qualitative research is carried out by in-depth interview. Participants in both studies were pupils who attend second grade of elementary school. The aim of this part is through a combination of questionnaires and interviews to determine how divorce affected these pupils.
Sprirituality of marriage

The bachelor thesis deals with marriage, especially the christian one. The marriage is viewed from the perspective of spirituality, as a God willed way of life, a way of encountering God and leading towards God. First, the thesis defines what spirituality is as well as its supporting elements (key elements). Next, it deals with the lay state generally and the particular form of the the life of laymen - marriage. It studies the testimony of the Old and New Testaments of marriage and the parallel of the relationship between man and woman and God and man, more precisely between Christ and the church. Subsequently, following the introduction into a general doctrine of sacraments, the thesis applies this doctrine to the sacrament of marriage. It sees the dimension of community in widening circles of partnership, through parenthood to the extended family or society. In the conclusion, the thesis points at the characteristic signs of individual elements of spirituality in marriage.

Divorces and Chhildren in Modern Society

The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis "Divorces and children in modern society" is to describe how parent's divorces influence children and their future life. In the first part I will define basic terms such as family, marriage and divorce. In the following part I will try to compare the development of divorce in the Czech Republic with some European countries. Then I will focus on the legal aspects of divorce in terms of the historical development of family law and analyze its current state. The main and final part is based on studies which prove whether divorce has an impact on children or not. Then I will describe short-term and long-term reactions of children on divorce.

This bachelor's work is divides into two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals basic terms that relate to the topic of work. It is about economic risks that may arise between the partners, if the termination of a relationship too. The practical part contains advantages and disadvantages of these relationships. The practical part is to compare all types of life.
